Abdul Kadir Bagis, M.Pd, more familiarly known as Mr. Bagis, is a senior lecturer at IKIP Mataram (now known as UNDIKMA) since 2004 until the present (2025).

He earned his Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Language and Arts Education (FPBS) at IKIP Mataram in 2004 and was immediately recruited as a lecturer at FPBS IKIP Mataram. He later pursued his Master's degree in Education at UNS (Universitas Sebelas Maret - Surakarta) in 2010 and completed it in 2012.

He independently developed an educational and business system specifically on the Android platform through the Hybrid Engine System. This allows his applications to be accessed not only on Android but also on iPhone and Windows devices.

He is the founder and CEO of Developer Lombok IT, a developer that offers various types of applications for free. All applications he develops are based on his field of expertise as a professional lecturer and a successful entrepreneur. His applications cover areas such as: School Systems, Social/Communication Systems, Online Shopping Systems, and Gaming Systems.

"My late grandfather always said Addunya Haggallah Wannuqut Haggannas (hard work and full trust in God). May Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala grant him the best place in His presence. Aamin Ya Rabbal Aalamiin (Abdul Kadir Bagis)." This is a quote that continues to motivate him in navigating life's challenges.

Lombok IT Academy, as part of the special agenda of Developer Lombok IT, was specifically established by the CEO of Developer Lombok IT (Mr. Bagis) to provide training that goes beyond theory and focuses on developing practical skills in real-time. Brief Video Description of IARC as International Patent Certification Body:

Developer Lombok IT was officially founded by Mr. Abdul Kadir Bagis, M.Pd in 2018. It was formerly known as Lombok Academy. Developer Lombok IT began publicly publishing its applications in 2020. Mr. Bagis is a master's degree alumnus from UNS (Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta) in 2012. Most of his coding skills were self-taught during his postgraduate studies in English Education, influenced by his network of gamers with whom he grew up.

During his college years (2010–2012), the digitalization of HYBRID systems started to grow rapidly in Indonesia. However, it was not widely used for personal purposes at that time. Most technologies were mainly utilized by government institutions. These technologies were still considered new and challenging to teach, and when applied in education, Java Island was the primary base before spreading to other regions.

Driven by his personal interest in entertainment, especially gaming, he noticed that gaming systems shared similar concepts with Android operating systems, particularly as both heavily use JAVA. Without any formal IT education (specifically on HYBRID Engine Systems), he mastered Android concepts in a relatively short time. When asked about Android, his simple answer was: "Easy."

Before graduating from UNS (2012), he developed a communication app for his gamer community to stay connected online. He named it "WAGs (We Are Gamers)." The app had a concept similar to modern-day social media, particularly WhatsApp.

In essence, concepts similar to WhatsApp existed long before, especially during the 1990s when the ICQ instant messaging service was a popular live communication tool among youth. He recalled how ICQ worked and applied small tweaks/modifications to adapt it for Android through his WAGs app.

One of his closest friends (his own younger brother), who was also in the WAGs group, suggested incorporating the gaming social media concept into the education sector. This eventually inspired him to establish Developer Lombok IT.

The core purpose of founding Developer Lombok IT was: To make education (especially) more accessible by utilizing HYBRID technology features, which have become a common part of everyday life, and to help citizens meet their digitalization needs more easily.

As a token of appreciation for his brother's suggestion, one of his game themes included an animated character named "The Guy (that always beats us)." This was a memory of their time as gamers together, where his brother still beats him in games—a bond that has kept their relationship close and joyful.

Developer Lombok IT has officially published dozens of applications on its official developer portal via the Google Developer Play Console under the account name "Developer Lombok IT". One of its applications, since December 2023, has been used by local government institutions under the Ministry of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with the Environmental Laboratory Center, Department of Environment and Forestry of West Nusa Tenggara Province. The app is called "LABLING DLHK NTB".

The newest application, related to the Smart City (Desa Cerdas) program by KEMENDES (Ministry of Villages), is named E-KARYA (Electronic - People's Administrative Acceleration), and has been in use by Pejarakan Karya Urban Village in Ampenan since August 2024.
